I don’t know exactly when we discovered that you could stick politician’s heads on radio needles, but I imagine it was during our teenage years. It’s really a shame to throw this one out, but the radio is toast and has been for years. It Must Be Done. Part of the Sometimes Analogue is Best campaign which I just invented.

Question by Latia F: What article is attributed to the mayflower hotel in washington?
Best answer:
Answer by afrhscott6055 Is this what you are looking for?
the hotel was said to contain more gold trim than any other building except the Library of Congress. An extensive renovation completed in 1988 uncovered decorative effects, including a skylight, which had been covered up to mask the hotel’s opulence during the Great Depression.
This is my help from Washington, D.C. United States of America.

Conflicting PR needs for two Radio Giants SEO Article
In the week where the great and the good from the Radio Industry gathered for the annual Sony Awards, two of Britain’s most renowned broadcasters find themselves with massively different Public Relations needs.
Chris Evans and Chris Moyles are both legends in the Radio world, but it is the former who is riding the crest of a positive publicity wave, whereas Moyles has had a forgettable week- one which may call for targeted crisis management.
Evans has emerged from a tough period, where he was savaged in the media for his style having first taken over the reins from Terry Wogan at BBC Radio 2′s Breakfast show. Stepping into Wogan’s booth was never going to be easy and struggling to win over Terry’s legions of fans: Evans had to face up to critics such as the Mail’s David Thomas who dubbed him, ‘the absolute epitome of the jabbering idiot deejay.’
Well, everyone is entitled to an opinion, but Thomas’ views ignored how media savvy Evans is. Having toughed out this inevitable early backlash, in March unofficial figures revealed that Evans must have been doing something right. Far from losing followers his Breakfast show had attracted 600,000 new listeners.
This week Evans has been able to strut tall and dismiss any criticism as naive. Official RAJAR figures confirm that he is the king of the airwaves; his listenership has swelled to an unprecedented level with 9.5 million of us tuning in every day.
To put this achievement in context that is 2 million more people than EastEnders attracts and a staggering 1.4 million more listeners than Wogan managed at his peak.
This wave of popularity opens up a huge array of possibilities for Evans to maximise his Celebrity PR. Never backwards about coming forwards, Chris has already begun to harness the power of New Media avenues to publicise himself. Evans has pushed his prestige levels up to the stratosphere splashing out on a £12 million Ferrari 250-GTO- one of only 36 made.
With much to celebrate Evans has used the new media PR outlet Twitter to post a picture of the car with the jubilant caption, ‘The New one has arrived.’
Whilst Evans is the proud owner of this rare machine, the wheels seem to be coming off of Chris Moyles world. In a week where his colleague Scott Mills pipped Moyles to claim the coveted Music Radio Personality of the Year award at the Sony’s, news of Evans success has caused much frustration.
It was inevitable that Radio 1′s longest serving Breakfast DJ would collide with Evans. Moyles took great pleasure in the fact that his show had been slowly nibbling into the lead Wogan once held over the crucial breakfast audience.
But the explosion of popularity in Evans’ show has put Moyes firmly in his place.
There have been many rumours of late that Moyles’ position in the Radio One breakfast show is far from secure, so the combination of losing out on the Sony and being trounced by Evans in the ratings war is a tough one to take.
Moyles has not taken this quietly, using his own show as a platform he launched into an ill advised rant claiming that the RAJAR figures fail to account for under 15′s, he said, ‘if you add on the 14, 13 and 12 year olds, do you know what that figure is? It’s nine million, over a million more. That is cos we’re wicked and bad.’
Moyles does have a point but the Celebrity PR move here is definitely negative and may be something he lives to regret.
Evans is proof positive that the Radio industry is a fickle one and from adversity can spring great success. But in order to maximise the Public Relations possibilities offered by the trend to increased Radio listening Moyles may have to get a hold of his ego and seek advice- otherwise Evans may drive his advantage into a level that might cause a crashing halt to the Moyles era.
