They mean a hardware radio tuner… not software. Some TV cards have an FM tuner built in.

Well Bob ol Buddy… you can pick up a computer feed of your Jets wrangling the Saints (nearly live action) at nfl.com.

Also espn.com and cbssportsline.com give an every 30 second updated computer feed!

If you had satellite Sirius radio you could get them all!
