The main building of the confederation building complex is up a level higher than the building I work in. This is a staircase that leads up from the lower parking lot to the upper parking lot.

Day 1 – Walk from Sliema to Valletta
For my first full day in Malta I decided to take the harbour walk from Sliema to Valletta, passing through Msida, Il Gzira, Ta-Xbiex and Floriana.

My 2008 vacation to the beautiful Maltese Archipelago was my fifth trip to Malta, so I utilised the knowledge from my previous trips to plan a packed itinerary of daily excursions that took me all around Malta during my eleven day stay – visiting most of the main sights and attractions by using public transport or trekking on foot off the beaten track – plus an organised sightseeing excursion to visit Gozo!

Question by : How do we get government to spend more which is causing it to drown itself in a bathtub?
Using the political system takes too long. If you can cause problems in the economy government will jump in with spending trying to save as many as it can from Capitalism failing to provide enough jobs. Spend too much and you have to make cuts, aka shrink government. If your kid gets lead paint toys or bad pork from lack of government regulation well more sick people raised GDP.
