Just before the start of the 2010 major league baseball season, news leaked that the Texas Rangers manager–Ron Washington–had tested positive for cocaine in July of the 2009 season. This was an unprecedented and unbelievable revelation that shocked the Rangers’ fan base. Why a 57-year-old professional baseball manager decides to do cocaine during the baseball season–allegedly his first time using the drug–is beyond me. I wrote and produced this animation as a parody of the situation and the style is a tribute to Brad Neely’s hilarious “Washington” animation. Enjoy.
