Learn how to defend yourself and the ones you love safely and effectively. This self defense course is designed to make you more aware, prepared, and ready for any situation that may occur in your everyday life. This course differs from other self defense classes in that it starts from the point of attack, and since we believe attacks begin before it becomes physical, we teach how to avoid the attack altogether. Open to all individuals, male or female, ages 10 years or older. No previous experience required. All fitness levels encouraged. Children under 18 may participate alone with a legal guardian present.
