How to Acquire Drake Concert Tickets Via Radio Stations

September 12th, 2016

In these situations of financial meltdown, who would not like to have totally free things like Drake concert tickets? It is a truth that a lot of people would rather spend their hard earned money on meals or other more practical and essential things than spending money on concert tickets. But, there are a few happy individuals that get to watch concerts at no cost.

If you are wondering how this is possible, then the answer is simple. Most likely, these people won Drake concert tickets from radio station contests. These types of radio stations usually give out free tickets to fortunate people who take part in their on-air contests. You can win these contests by calling in at the proper times or by calling in and answering the DJs question correctly.

To win these kinds of radio stations contests, there are a few points that you must become aware of. You must maker sure to constantly check your selected radio station. This is the essential first step because the longer that you devote listening to a particular radio station, the higher your opportunity of knowing when these people will be offering Drake concert tickets giveaways. Another tip is to pay close attention to the details of the contest. Even if you are the perfect caller, there are still ways that you can be disqualified because you didn’t stick to the guidelines properly. There is nothing more annoying than calling and not knowing what to answer. This really is such an uncomfortable moment because you’ll be listened to all over town.

An additional tip is to set the radio station’s phone number directly into your own telephone memory. This will allow quick access to the hot line of the radio station, especially once they open up their telephone lines to callers. Understand that speed is a great aspect to get tickets. Keep track and stay tuned in with other stations too. Even though it is enjoyable to observe your selected radio station, you might be missing the other promotions if you do not scan the other stations in your town. Always remember that artists usually hand out promotional tickets to various stations. You simply cannot afford to look over all those free tickets floating about.

Getting your hands on a few Drake concert tickets for free will take time, patience and effort. But, this is certainly more affordable than coughing up hundreds of bucks for tickets. Additionally, it is more convenient than waiting in lines and sweating like a pig only to find out that all the tickets are already sold out. So if you simply can’t resist having those Train concert tickets, then you have to start following radio stations right now. Who knows, you might just win your way to a free live concert.

Before you decide to buy any tickets on the internet, be sure to visit these these two great web pages Concert Tickets, and Drake Concert Tickets. Regardless of what kind of event you’re searching for, visit these sites for safe, speedy, and guaranteed satisfaction!

Radio Stations in The Phoenix Area

July 16th, 2016

Music is something we can agree on. Well, not so much our own tastes in music, but more that everyone listens to music. No matter what style of music you like you probably listen to it on a daily basis. Music is a huge part of our culture. People listen to it everywhere they go, such as in the car, waiting in line for something, at the office, or just relaxing at home.

The radio is a great place where you can listen to music you like as well as discover other bands or artists that you did not know about before. There are radio stations in almost every city. Phoenix is a great place for radio with plenty of choices. No matter what your taste in music is, Phoenix has the right station for you. Here are a few radio stations that Phoenix has organized according to music type.

Starting with the most popular type of music these days, with the top 40 hits. Phoenix has a couple of stations that you can get these hits 24 hours a day. KMVA, station 97.5 has all of these songs plus so much more. They not only play the top 40 hits from today, but they go beyond this a play hits from a few years ago and bring you new hits as well. 101.5, KZON, also plays the top 40 but stays more to the rhythmic top 40 with hip hop and R&B.

This also includes songs of this genre outside the top 40. One of the most popular radio stations in Phoenix for years has been 104.7 KISS FM. While sticking to the most popular of songs from this day this station has been a favorite for many years. Look no further for your top 40 hits than these stations.

For the rock and roll fans living in Phoenix, the radio does not forget about you either. If soft rock is your thing you should go toward 93.3 KDKB. This station tends to stay away from the metal or more hardcore rock to bring you soft rock from today and a short time ago. If you are the exact opposite and go for the metal and harder rock then Phoenix has this as well. Defined as “active rock” 97.9 KUPD has all of this plus more. They play harder rock than any other station in the valley but they also can tone it down and play some soft stuff as well. If you are into the indie scene or look for alternative rock then 103.9 KEDJ is the place you want to go. Also, for the classic rock lovers 100.7 KSLX is perfect.

One step away from rock and roll is country music, and Phoenix has a few stations for fans of the genre as well. 102.5 KNIX and 107.9 KMLE are both of the country stations in Phoenix. Both of these stations play generally the same music with country hits from today and yesterday.

As you can see, there is no shortage of radio stations in Phoenix. Along with those mentioned above, there are also stations for classical music, Christian music, and talk radio. The only way to find out what you like is to go through all of them.

are there any traditional goth online radio stations for free?

June 22nd, 2014

Question by Allie: are there any traditional goth online radio stations for free?
Im a traditional goth, which means Im into classic goth music.

Post-punk, Goth rock, Darkwave, Death Rock, Dark Cabaret, Industrial, maybe Ambient, etc.

but what i get when i tune into an online radio station labelled goth is Synthpop, dark electronic music, EBM and Gothic metal.

now its good music, i love to listen to it, and i don’t want to pull a gothier then thou on anyone (the sound of this music does mean it belongs in the scene), but it isn’t what I’m looking for.

can any of you recommend a traditional gothic music site where i can hear the classic goth artists for free?

Best answer:

Answer by Zxiri
I don’t know of any specific online sites for traditional goth music, however you might try pandora.com.

If you don’t know what pandora is, basically you put in your favorite Artist, Song, or Album and from that it will create a station for you. You will have to create an account but the accounts are free, plus you can have more than one station, so you can have your traditional goth music, your EBM, your Gothic Metal.

I put in Bauhaus and I was getting bands like Siousxie and the Banshees, Joy Division, Echo and The Bunnymen, etc.

Why Window Media Player 12 can’t play Internet radio stations?

June 2nd, 2014

Question by R01k: Why Window Media Player 12 can’t play Internet radio stations?
My OS is Win7 Ultimate. I’m trying to play an .asx Internet radio file, the specific link is this: http://www.martinoticias.com/envivo.asx

But no matter the way I use to enter the URL address (Ctrl-U, Ctrl-O, associating the file type with WMP, etc), WMP always shows the same message: “Windows Media Player cannot find the file. If you are trying to play, burn, or sync an item that is in your library, the item might point to a file that has been moved, renamed, or deleted.”

Best answer:

Answer by Josh
1. In the “Library” view, either press Alt+V, then select “Online Stores” – “Media Guide”, or click the “Media Guide” button at the bottom-left of the player. If that button does not show “Media Guide”, click the down-pointed arrow to open a popup menu and select “Media Guide” from there.
Accessing the Media Guide in Windows Media Player 12

2. Though this interface is subject to change, near the top of the media guide you should see a link for “Internet Radio” – click it. Accessing Internet Radio from Windows Media Player 12’s Media Guide

3. The Internet Radio page should appear. Near the right side of the page, next to “Stream speed”, click the “High” or “Low” link depending on your bandwidth.

4. Now navigate the page to choose your desired station. You can view top stations, editor’s picks, and stations by genre. Click the station link to begin playing music.
