Reviving the Radio Industry through the Internet

September 2nd, 2016

Music has been considered a necessity for almost every person. Whether they are on their way to work or school, sitting in a quiet room and even before sleeping music has always been there. Especially today, there have been a lot of changes in the kind of lifestyle the people have because of technology. New and advanced ways have been created to help people experience music whenever and wherever they go. Every person today have their own mp3 and iPods to keep them entertained every single day, because of that the radio industry has started to get affected. Lesser and lesser people listen to radio shows now compared to before. They didn’t find the need to turn on the radio just to listen on radio shows that play their favorite songs, because with just a click on the computer they can now download it and store it in their iPods. However good that may sound there are still people who are looking for the kind of music radio different radio shows offer.

Today, along with technology there has been a huge step taken by the radio industry in keeping up with the kind of lifestyle every person experience. Since every person today already knows and somehow depends in the use of the internet, someone started crossing the bridge connecting radio shows and anyone through it. The creation of the website has started connecting the gap between people not only in one country but in other parts of the world as well. This website is all about the different radio stations all over the world. There is a long list of countries that you can click to find out what are the different radio stations in each country, and with that any person can just listen to the shows with just a click of their mouse. One good thing about this website is that you don’t have to sin-up just to listen to the radio shows that you want; you can just click and click away without having to worry on any fees. Although, there is an option that you can register just for the sake of saving and organizing all your favorite shows. The important detail about is that it plays on specific software that you are sure you would have in your computers or laptops. Some people might think that the whole website might not be possible, but to make the website real is the fact that you can contact any person behind the website by sending a message. This gives any person a chance to ask for anything especially if problem arises with the website.

Today, there are already 167 registered listeners enjoying this new development in the world of music. Any person can still listen to radio shows, without even having a real radio. Through your computers, music through the different radio stations is already possible because of the There is no more excuses why a person does not know anything about new song in the top chart!

Listen to the Radio through the Net

June 12th, 2016

Music is the only thing that can be old and young all at the same time. There are people who think that a song may be too old for them, while some enjoy the oldest of the old songs there is. Although the shows in the radio can give you the top rating songs in the chart, there should also be shows that pay tribute to classical and other old songs. This kind of technique will not only make the older people go back and make them listen to the radio, but at the same time catch the attention of those who love going back to time. A radio station that can be flexible enough in reaching to a bigger crowd to make the people listen to them is a good way to be known. In this way, the radio industry can as well catch up with the fast growing lead of mp3s and iPods in the music world. This desire to lead has already been started with the creation of the LiteRadio.

The website, LiteRadio has been created to revive music in the radio industry. It is a website created with more than 7000 radio stations from 193 countries. They have the widest range of audience from teen, adult, and even senior citizens can enjoy the services of this website. Any person can listen to any of these radio stations by just clicking from the list of countries on the site. You can now listen to the radio without actually having a radio by your side, since all you need to have is a computer with the required software and you’re all done. This website is made to cater to all of the music needs of the people, they have 62 genres of music to offer and even the aged type of music is up there. From the 40’s oldies music to RnB, you are definitely sure that the LiteRadio is made for all the people who may or may not love music. The website is not all about changing the view of the people in music, because what this website only aims is to get the radio industry back to its feet. Since the transformation of music to a small device, called the iPod a lot of people have turned their back from radio. Some of the people have forgotten to start their day with the funky sounds radio can offer, ever since music can just be downloaded. However, through the transformation of radio with the use of the internet they wanted to get back the attention of the people. It wants to help children recognize the importance of music through radio.

A person might think that this website is another of those spam website, but when one tries to go through it they will be able to see its wonder. There is only one website that supports a huge number of radio stations, that is why this is the best time to bring back the life of music through radio.

Q&A: Frankfurt to London, final destination Washington DC, where do I go through customs?

February 12th, 2014

Question by Monika: Frankfurt to London, final destination Washington DC, where do I go through customs?
On my return flight from Germany I have a layover in London. Lufthansa to London, United to Wash. Dc on a single ticket. DO I have to go through customs and immigration in London or at my arrival in the US ?

Best answer:

Answer by NOLA guy
Check with Lufthansa, but the Frankfurt-London flight may be a domestic flight and you will exit the EU in London.

You also go through US Immigration/Customs in Washington. Go to passport control first. Then collect your luggage and take it to the Customs checkpoint. If you have a continuing flight out of Washington then Interline Baggage is just after Customs and you give your luggage back to the airline there (you don’t have to check-in again). Then follow the signs to your next flight.

How do I connect my laptop to my home theater system to listen to the music through the theater speakers?

October 7th, 2013

Question by Trickle***: How do I connect my laptop to my home theater system to listen to the music through the theater speakers?
I want to listen to Yahoo Radio stations on my louder home theater system instead of the smaller laptop speakers. I have an Onkyo receiver that has surround sound speakers and I would like to set up my computer to play music from online radio stations at a party I am having. Is this possible?

Best answer:

Answer by sellin28
Yes this is possible. You could get a Bluetooth audio adaptor and connect the receiving end to an open input on the back of your receiver. Or you could get a fm modulator typically used to play ipods or mp3 players through your cars radio. Connect the plug into your computer speakers headphone jack and then tune your home theater to the correct station. The computer would need to be within 10 feet or so of the home theater system for this way to work.

Bluetooth adaptor would be higher quality, but more expensive and harder to find locally. Fm transmitter willwork and be easy to find at any department store.

Give your answer to this question below!
