Many who make threats are less likely to carry them out, and only expressed it, out of powerlessness, and anger. And I think it’s ridiculous, because most who do kill, DON’T SAY that they will kill. And also it’s funny how they don’t call all crimes “hateful”. They say 4,000 hate-crimes occur each year, but that’s only one-fifteenth of 1% of ALL the Crimes that are being commited YEARLY. A Crime is a CRIME, regardless of what someone beleived. Laws are LAWS.

Also because the Police search the KKK for weapons etc., and then protect them from Counter-Protestors who outnumber them 1000 to 1… Also in America, unfortunately, there is the “fighting words doctrine” and the “defamation” law, along with Terrorist Threats. Arrest and custody are two seperate things. Being in custody is just when the officer takes you to the station and eventually will let you go. Arrest is when they take you down and ask questions and then they book you.
This is another thing I have noticed. They can say that you are disturbing the peace for nothing now a days. I mean come on. You see I dont really know what happened here but, all I can see is “old pink ladies” getting arrested for “disturbing the peace.” I find it hard to imagine that they were actually a threat to anyone.

how does that work? You see, this is what Im noticing. There’s like a thousand little laws here and there that the common citizen doesnt even know about and doesnt even know what his or her rights are. That is why people are afraid of cops. Because they tend to pull laws out of their pants on the spot and wouldnt think twice about executing them to the furthest extent. I call it, legal intimidation. So citizens are basically sheep.
Really, you’re not under arrest until they tell you that you are. They could just be taken into custody. CUstody and arrest are different things.
