I heard recently that the University of Washington accepts all the running students who complete 2 years at a community college. Is this true?
Is it true that the University Of Washington affects all the running start student?

Running start is intended for High School students to get a jump on their college education, so it is pretty irrelevant to UW after having already completed 2 years of Community College.
Bottom line, UW is not going to admit you if your Community College performance is not up to UW standards:

You must still apply, although you will probably be well considered if you have graduated from a Washington Community College.
You can transfer credits if that’s what youre asking. I heard something like that before about guaranteed acceptance for community college students, but I’m not sure about now that the school is probably over accepting people. I don’t think it is for high school student who do running start. I think its for community college student who complete 2 years.
Transfer admissions can be fairly competitive, so they definitely won’t be taking everybody with a 2-year degree. UW’s website has a bunch of FAQ’s dealing with admissions in general and transfer applicants in particular, so that should be helpful to you.
