What jurisdiction they had– if any– is unclear, as the cameramen were approached on city property. @Sodiumreactor, I am not sure. They approached them probably knowing that they already belonged to an organization not welcome there. Even if they didn’t, now days increased security it federal area buildings could have called for them to check you out anyhow. That is how a police state works, under a warranted excuse they set up a system that they use as they deem appropiate.
